The locations presented here represent some of the main venues used by SEV Group for events and hospitality projects.

In addition to these, we collaborate with a broader network of private homes, historic villas, palaces, and prestigious residences that, by their nature or at the owners' request, are not published online.


Among the properties available upon request, there are a space in the fashion district of Milan, a 1940s villa with direct access to Lake Como, estates in Monferrato and Oltrepò Pavese, a historic residence overlooking the bay of Portofino, and charming residences in Tuscany.


Many venues are available exclusively for specific events. For this reason, we also offer a dedicated LOCATION SCOUTING* service, selecting and proposing spaces that align with the event's concept, the required capacity, and the budget.

Hidden in the heart of Milan, this event space of approximately 150 square metres stands out for its entirely glass walls that let the city in. The evocative colonial style, made of marble, wood, rattan, and lush plants, transports you to timeless atmospheres, where large buffet tables and dramatic cocktail bars become the stars of exclusive moments.

This magnificent rooftop of over 400 square metres, with two panoramic levels connected by a dramatic spiral staircase, offers a breathtaking 360° view of the centre of Milan, including the Madonnina of the Duomo. The spaces, furnished in Mediterranean style with elegant details and a multitude of lush plants, evoke the atmosphere of a suspended garden, perfect for unforgettable moments.

This charming late Renaissance palace located in the heart of the historic village on the shores of Lake Orta, with its elegant frescoes inspired by Flemish mythology and over 1,000 square metres of hanging garden, offers a classic and refined ambience.
